   That’s because your set is messed up. It was saved by some junky software which recompressed it.

   Look at the 2 images with extreme zoom and you’ll see that the smaller file has s bunch of crap artifacts in the picture which reduces its resolution.

   These images should be screened through a CSV verifier for authenticity.
