Solo - Couple- Group or even Seniors- All ages and troops are welcome

- Once you register and enjoy the auditions, all participants will get a participation certificate with our esteemed institutions logos on them.

- Audition performance - no time restrictions.

- Audition performance need not be the same as grand finale- both performances can be different. Consider your auditions as your dress rehearsals.

- Please provide USB on the day of the auditions or have the music whatsapp at  0455 333 303 prior to coming for auditions (no later than 24 hours before the audition date selected).

- If you decide to change the date of the audition you had selected earlier, just whatsapp us and do turn up for the audition on the day you eventually choose to. Just have your registration QR code handy.

-If you have chosen to provide e-auditions, please ensure you have provided the link or media file as an attachment. No attachment or links found will not be followed up. Don't miss your shot!

Auditions timing: 10am to 12pm

01st and 02nd July-  Western Bulldogs Club, 417 Barkly St, Footscray VIC 3011 

• The White Room will be setup for auditions and the Red Room can be used as a wait room. Plenty of parking and permits don’t apply. No filming is allowed outside these two rooms.

08th and 09th July - Saravanaa Bhavan ,  701 Boronia Rd, Wantirna, Victoria 3152 Australia 

• The Back Room with Stage will be setup for auditions and can be used as a wait room. Plenty of parking and permits don’t apply.

The dance performance will be a less than or maximum of 180 seconds (3 mins) - solo and Group performance: less than or maximum of 240 seconds (4 mins) at the Grand Finale Night 16/07/23. 

Stage Dimensions:

- 3.5m x 3.5m approx. Hardwood floor.

 Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the dance competition. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: a. The competition is open to participants of all ages, including kids, teens, and adults. b. Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the competition. c. The competition is open to individuals and groups (duos, trios, or teams).Group participation: Each Participant can be a part of different groups who are choosing to audition however the same group cannot audition twice by providing different song/theme/entry. 
2. Registration: a. All participants must complete the registration process to be considered for the competition. b. The registration form must include accurate and up-to-date information. c. Participants are responsible for any fees associated with registration, as per category applicable.
3. Performance Guidelines: a. Participants are required to showcase their talents in the field of dance. b. Performances may include any dance style, such as ballet, Bharatnatyam, hip-hop, contemporary, jazz, or cultural dances. c. Performances must be appropriate for all audiences, and any explicit or offensive content is strictly prohibited.
4. Judging and Results: a. The competition will be judged by a panel of qualified judges selected by the organizers. b. The judges' decisions will be final and binding on all participants. c. The criteria for judging may include technique, creativity, stage presence, choreography, and overall performance quality.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property: a. Participants must ensure that their performances do not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights of others. b. By participating in the competition, participants grant the organizers the right to record, photograph, or broadcast their performances for promotional purposes.
6. Code of Conduct: a. All participants must adhere to a respectful and sportsmanlike behavior throughout the competition. b. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct towards other participants, judges, or event staff will not be tolerated. c. Participants should maintain a positive and supportive environment for everyone involved.
7. Liability and Responsibility: a. The organizers will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the competition. b. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during rehearsals, performances, and any associated activities. c.  In the event of any injury or other medical conditions that the participant may experience during the Naatu Naatu Melbourne Dance Tournament, the participant authorizes the Naatu Naatu Melbourne, D3 Events & VS Entertainment & Production  to administer or procure the administration of medical treatment as deemed fit by qualified medical personnel if he/she is not able to act on his/her own behalf and agrees not to make any claim against the Naatu Naatu Melbourne, D3 Events & VS Entertainment & Production and/or such medical practitioners, whether for negligence and/or malpractice or otherwise. The participant further agrees and acknowledges that he/she will be exclusively liable and responsible for all costs, expenses and claims resulting from such medical attention provided, and shall reimburse to the Naatu Naatu Melbourne, D3 Events & VS Entertainment & Production any sums expended by it in this regard. d. The participant shall further indemnify the Naatu Naatu Melbourne, D3 Events & VS Entertainment & Production in respect of any claims, demands, losses or decrees, orders or awards that may be made against the Naatu Naatu Melbourne, D3 Events & VS Entertainment & Production in this regard. The participant shall further indemnify the Naatu Naatu Melbourne, D3 Events & VS Entertainment & Production for all losses, damages and injury caused, resulting from or in any way attribute to any illness, accident, injury of any of the members of the Naatu Naatu Melbourne, D3 Events & VS Entertainment & Production occasioned by any act or omission of the participant.
8. Modifications and Cancellation: a. The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time, for any reason, without liability. b. In the event of cancellation, registration fees may be refunded, subject to the discretion of the organizers.
9. Privacy: a. Personal information collected during the registration process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. b. The organizers will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as necessary for the administration of the competition.
10.  Naatu Naatu Melbourne  Dance Tournament event will be covered by the media.

                  Your enrolment for the event confirms that you have no objection to the same and

                 will co-operate with the Naatu Naatu Melbourne, D3 Events & VS Entertainment &

                  Productions for all such publicity, Television and media coverage.

        11.Governing Law: a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria. b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

By participating in the dance competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the competition.
